Normally we stay at 4* hotels but this was just an overnight stop. Very clean; pleasant Reception staff; safe parking. Bit of a long, uphill walk to Rodez centre, quite difficult in the heat! Would love these 3* Ibis hotels to at least offer a kettle and tea/coffee facility in the (small) room. 2* at best really.

Very helpful and friendly staff! I received some warm food even if arrived in the middle of the night and I was welcomed with a big smile every time I talked with some one at the reception!!! Thank You!

Excellent, just arrived & the young reception manager is very welcoming.Our petit chiquaqua even received a welcome gift of dog biscuits & tennis ball. Mind you, don’t leave the ball with the dog biscuits otherwise the biscuits will smell. The rooms are very well refitted & pleasantly comfortable.

Tried to book into ibis budget hotel late Sunday, informatics failed. So they offered the same deal in the main hotel. No fuss, just good management. Very very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast, coffee is excellent. Central. Fabulous experience, two very grateful tired travellers.

Modern, uniform type hotel which just off the center. Friendly, welcome at reception & as a cyclist they have an indoor secure space for my bycycle.. Nice , comfortable room. Recomended.

The usual excellent service from Ibis but also excellent renovation, revised layout and decor. The location has a 'villagey' atmosphere with a variety restaurants etc. close by - plus situated on the road from the main centre to the railway …

Stayed here one night, room was clean, well kept. Small but everything worked and bathroom was well equipped. I had a room facing the back courtyard rather than front street. Roads outside get quiet busy, so please bear this in mind before booking
